Location: Billinghurst Cr Upper Coomera – Upper Coomera Early Learning Centre.
Jorgensens were engaged as the child care centre builders on a design and construct, turn-key basis. The fifth centre completed for the same client.
1200m2 of building on 4865m2 of land and 53 car parks, completed to a turn-key finish.
Jorgensens also obtained all required permits on behalf of the owner making the process co-ordinated and fast. Complete with bio-retention and detention tanks, landscaping, play equipment softfall and artificial turf.
